Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days and delivered in 6–15 business days after dispatch. During peak seasons or due to uncontrollable international factors, please allow up to an additional week. Some handcrafted items may require extra processing time to ensure quality.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s website for real-time tracking.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact support@petzylife.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
