Shipping and Handling
Currently, only shipping to the US is supported. We provide FREE US shipping on all orders, excludes Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa,Guam,Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands,and Puerto Rico.
Free shipping offer is valid on any order shipped in the continental US and small parcel applies to Fedex Ground Economy shipping or UPS only.Large pallet pacakge will shipped by freight company.
Orders are shipped from Monday through Friday, within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed from Friday-Sunday will ship the following week. Normally, you will receive your package in 3-7 business days once the order is placed.
Track Your Orders
Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Taxes, Customs Duties:
All the import taxes and duties according to regions may be charged when your order. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when the goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.
We advise you to check the local regulations before order from us. VANITII can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
If you reject a parcel because of import duties or taxes, you need to cover all costs of returning the item to us.
How can I query logistics information of my parcel?
Every country has its own import regulations and restrictions. You can contact or refer to the official website of your local post office or customs agency to estimate the amount of import duties you may have to pay.
Failed Delivery & Return Due to Customer’s Responsibility
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons caused by the customer — including but not limited to providing an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier contact — the package may be returned to us or disposed of by the shipping provider.
In such cases:
The customer is fully responsible for all shipping and return costs.
Any refund, if applicable, will be issued after deducting shipping and handling fees.
Alternatively, re-shipment can be arranged after the customer covers the additional delivery cost.

Failure to receive the product due to the customer’s own actions or inaction does not constitute a valid reason for initiating a chargeback or credit card dispute.
We provide full shipment tracking and delivery attempts as proof of service.

Note:
Shipping times are estimated and commenced from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, custom’s clearance procedures and other causes alike.
Please submit a ticket within 30 days of shipment. If the package does not arrive in time, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Take note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
